Terms
- The professional day rate for all bridal/event/professional bookings starts at £345.
- The professional day rate covers exclusive availability.
- Payment for a rehearsal appointment may be required in advance of and no later than the trial date.
- Payment for a booking is to be made in advance by BACS upon receipt of invoice.
- If a rehearsal appointment is carried out on a Sunday at the client’s choice of location, a £50 surcharge may be applied.
- A non refundable £50 booking fee is required to exclusively secure the date of the event.
- Cancellations made by the client fewer than 30 days prior to the event will remain chargeable at the full quoted price. Unlikely cancellations made by the HMUA will result in 100% refund of any monies paid.
- Travel costs will be charged to any booking outside of a 10 mile radius and charged hourly at £35 per hour.
- Parking charges/tolls/ congestion charges are payable by the client.
- Adjustments to bookings must be made with the agreement of the artist and with as much notice as possible. If the party size or hourly requirement reduces within 30 days of the event, the full quoted price remains payable.
- Party bookings consist of three or more individuals for hair and/or makeup
- Prices are subject to an annual increase at the discretion of the Hair and Makeup Artist.
- Images taken by the artist of hair or makeup may be used for anonymous social media content with permission from the client.
- All personal information provided by the client during the booking process will be retained for as long as is required by law.
- Covid-19 health and safety guidelines are in place as of 1st August 2020. The client is required to adhere to professional practise measures in all settings. Failure to adhere to guidelines set out by the artist may result in immediate termination of services.
